Nine Yards B.V., also trading under the name 9Yards, is engaged in the development of websites and applications and/or hosting and management services for its customers. Which personal data are processed?
9Yards collects contact information from its (potential) customers, other contacts and applicants. 9Yards collects name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and bank details from customers. 9Yards collects this data because it is necessary for the execution of an agreement. 9Yards collects name, email address and telephone number from potential customers. This data is collected based on the consent of the potential customer. 9Yards processes the CV, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and date of birth of applicants. 9Yards does this after the applicant has applied to 9Yards himself.
Security
9Yards does everything it can to optimally protect your personal data against unauthorized use. 9Yards always maintains an appropriate level of security and handles your personal data with care. 9Yards does this using physical, administrative, organizational and technical measures. Personal data is also not kept longer than necessary. If and insofar as data is provided to processors who provide services or carry out assignments on behalf of 9Yards, 9Yards has agreed with them that they will also optimally protect the personal data.
Retention periods
9Yards adheres to the principles of data restriction. Therefore, 9Yards only stores your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes stated here or as required by the legislator for different storage periods.
Third party recipients
9Yards uses systems and/or services from third-party suppliers. It is possible that these suppliers also have access to the personal data collected by 9Yards.
